About Mikel
I am a friendly tutor who wants the best for all of his students. I am generally an outgoing, kind and funny person. I enjoy playing football, running track and field, reading and watching anime. I previously played for Colchester football club academy; I also play the piano at grade 8 level. Lessons with me will feel more laid back and not like a school environment to ensure that students are as comfortable as possible.

Lessons will range from 1-2 hours depending on the student's preferences. In the lessons, I will ask the student about any strengths and weaknesses they are already aware of to give me an idea of which topics I should focus on when teaching. If the student is unsure of their weaknesses, I will test the student on various topics by asking them to answer some exam-style questions which will be marked in the lesson to give me insight on what areas of the subject they need to work on.
I have experience doing unpaid tuition for family and friends in the past and have helped said people to improve their grades greatly. My lessons will be aimed at GCSE students in year 10 and 11.
