About Anna
Hi, I’m Anna! I recently finished A Level maths and want to help you learn to love maths ( or at least do well in your exams!) At the beginning of GCSE maths, I struggled immensely with remembering different methods and knowing how to properly implement them. I finished GCSE maths with an 8 and proceeded to continue it at A Level. It was a complete step up from GCSE which disheartened me, however I stuck with it and received an A in my final exam. Over the past two years at A Level is where my love of maths began to blossom. It soon became my favourite subject. I currently study chemistry at university, I find my maths skills help me greatly with certain aspects of the course.

I teach based off of what my student would like to cover that lesson. We’ll start off with a basic explanation/ introduction of the concept and how it can be used in real life. Then we dive right in with example questions of all different levels and what could possibly be asked in exams. Based on how the student is doing, I adjust the level of difficulty and how much help they require. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! My lessons are typically one hour, however feel free to message if you require a different duration. I have recently finished A Level maths with an A and thoroughly enjoyed the course. As well as the course content being fresh in my mind, I know all the tips and tricks to succeed. My lessons are for anyone who wants to do well in their exams, enjoy maths or explaining the concepts you struggle with- GCSE to A Level.
