About Sara R
Hola! I’m a certified Level 3 US Masters Swim Coach with a deep, lifelong love for the water. I’ve been swimming since I was 10 and never looked back—sometimes I joke that I must have been a mermaid in another life! I began competitive swimming at 17 in Colombia, and over the past four years I’ve worked with swimmers of all ages, from babies to adults. My approach focuses on building trust and confidence in the water so each person feels comfortable, supported, and connected as they develop their skills.
During our sessions, I’ll be right there in the water with you, offering step-by-step guidance as you work toward your personal goals. Since every swimmer is unique, I customize each lesson—whether you’re refining technique, learning to float, improving your stroke efficiency, or building strength and flexibility through dryland training.
Butterfly is my favorite stroke—it’s what I competed in—but I’m passionate about helping swimmers grow and improve across all areas.
