I`m flexible regarding my teaching methods, after all, every student is different and, ultimately, it depends on what`s best for you. My profile is created mainly to help the English speaking with their Czech or the foreigners with their English but I do believe that I may be a valuable asset even to those who are native in English, provided that they`re not currently at their top level. That is because I have a different perspective on the subject, and being a person who had to learn it as a second language, I`ve got a strong feeling that I know the best way how to teach it.

Dear future tutee, welcome to my profile!

I`m a Czech native speaker with a highly advanced level of English and I`m here to offer you a one-to-one tutoring for either language through the medium of Skype. Would you like to develop, improve or master your communication skills? Your infinite wisdom has lead you to the right place...

I started tutoring in January 2015 and I`ve taught approximately 20 students so far, all of whom have been completely satisfied, thoroughly enjoyed their lessons and, most importantly, made great progress. In the majority of cases, they are no longer my students which is, in fact, the greatest compliment I can receive a good tutor always aims to teach the language in the shortest time possible.
If you too feel you could use a helping hand to navigate your well-meaning efforts the right direction, and make the whole process more entertaining and fruitful as well, do not hesitate to contact me, I`m positive that together we will make that happen!
You must be warned, though, I do expect and require diligence, fervour and occasional flexibility from my tutees, whilst I take care of delivering the rest. Learning a new language is always stimulating and I`m striving to make it as much fun as I can, however, whether we like it or not, it can be equally challenging. I will never fancy repeatedly accepting payments from learners who will prove to lack the intensive, yet necessary passion to study frequently, and my early experience suggests that such a partnership is ineffective, deeply demotivating and I, personally, consider immoral to be paid if there`s no palpable improvement of my students` abilities.

On an unrelated note, I`ve recently embarked on another quest and decided to study psychology at the university in Brno, Czech Republic. That, unfortunately, would be the reason why we won`t be able to see each other in person, for the time being, as I`m leaving London very soon. Luckily for you, my online methods are not distinctly different, and I`ve had no issues reaching the same degree of progress with my online students, hence this should not worry you.

I`ve been told a few times lately that I`m fairly inexpensive for what I do. Nevertheless, I don`t expect my rates becoming any higher until at least next summer (2017), and although I value my precious time and the little I`ve got left of it, it makes me truly happy to have new students, to see their vocabulary growing, and to have a conversation with them that would have been impossible just a few months back, for instance. That is why I`ve decided to be as affordable as I possibly can whilst still delivering the best tutoring experience :).

Oh, one more thing before you go, you`ll be asked to pay for my contact details on this website. They`re getting more expensive with every positive feedback, I do apologise for that. Nevertheless, you`ll receive a fair compensation in the form of free lesson.
