About Satota
I have been a Bharatnatyam learner , practitioner for 18 years. And now I'm a professional dancer and a teacher. I am also a student of psychology. I will try my best to teach you bharatnatyam and i will also try to reduce stress, anxiety, panic, anger through dance. And I'll teach you how to grow self confidence and how to be a good person though dance movement.

The dance BHARATNATYAM is originally a temple dance for both men and women, bharatanatyam often is used to express Hindu religious stories and devotions. In my classes I will strat it from the very beginning from 'Adavus'. At first we do some warm up excercise to reduce stiffness in the body. Then I start teaching Adavus, many Bharatnatyam dance Item like 'alaripu' 'jatiswaram' 'shabdam' 'vernem' 'padam' 'tillana' and many more... Also i'll teach fical expression little by little from the very first day... Then if any student wants to learn 'Rabindra nritya' ,I'll also choreograph ....I try to reduce stress, anger, anxiety and many more daily life psychological disaster through dance..
