About Matt
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science/ Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) at Deakin University in Burwood. I am extremely passionate about physical education, fitness and strength and conditioning and enjoy sharing my knowledge on the subject. I am a powerlifter and former rugby and cricket player, so much of my own personal experiences have aided me in my own understanding of the subject.

My teaching method involves both theoretical and practical components, as I believe a strong theoretical understanding in the subject is vital, however useless without the ability to apply it in a practical setting. I try to incorporate as many physical demonstrations as possible in my teaching, as in my experience it has helped me understand the concepts of physical education much more easily.
