I have been teaching with joy and enthusiasm, eager to share the gifts of yoga with others. Yoga transformed me into the happiest version of myself, and I'm passionate about sharing the same with society.
Along with physical postures, my classes include breath awareness, meditation, relaxation and self-reflection, inviting students to explore their inner landscape and cultivate a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
