Abdul is a fantastic teacher, his way of being inspires confidence and motivates you to keep studying. I was really struggling with concepts of digital in 2 subjects at uni and he helped me out. His way of teaching with practical concepts and methodology helped me to pass those subjects and I got an HD!

I found Abdul at a house party in 2017. I knew the basics of Adobe Premire Pro and After Effects. I was behind on my assignments and needed someone who actually knew about the subject to guide me through it. The assignment was a simple re-cut of a short film down to one minute. Sounds really simple but it's not. Although Abdul was in uni as well at the time, after I showed him my draft, he explained that while I had achieved the re-cut part of the assignment, it is not where the majority of the marks are. I would have to re-visualize the story using shots and cuts of the original film and not just shorten it by removing some parts. If you check out the recuts he did on his Vimeo page for his assignments, you'll understand how he creates an entirely different story from the original clip. Would recommend him if you're looking to create seamless transitions or cleanly edit videos =D

Abdul is a really friendly and helpful tutor. He has a very charming personality and is very patient when teaching. I wanted to work on a personal project for my anniversary but I didn't know how to use those flashy Adobe software. I enlisted Abdul's help and his lessons really helped me a lot. He started off with showing me all the basic tools I will need for what I had in mind. Once I had the hang of the basics, he guided me through putting videos and audio together and how to overlay them so that transitions are smoother. I would definitely recommend him if you want to learn how to use Adobe products such as After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.

I’ve been wanting to learn how to use illustrator for ages but I was always putting it off. But now I’ve finally done it and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Abdul has been soooo patient with me, answering all my silly questions and making it not only a learning process but a fun one as well.

I worked with Abdul at a youth hostel in Sydney. He is very gifted with anything to do with computers, software, and design. (He has a degree in digital media!!!) He is very handy and creative. For example, he volunteered to design a whole new brochure for a tour operator in Sydney and it looked amazing! At work, he was often tasked with teaching others how to use the hostel's software. In doing so, he was very patient, skilled, and motivating. I would not hesitate to choose him as my tutor!
