About Quanita
Hi, I’m Quanita — a movement and dance facilitator with a passion for helping people discover confidence and freedom through movement. I’ve been a professional dancer and teacher for over 8 years, trained in Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Pole Dance. My approach is rooted in the belief that dance is for every body — a tool for empowerment, strength, and self-expression. In my pole classes, I focus on technique, flow, and confidence-building, guiding students to explore their physical strength and artistry in a safe, encouraging space. I hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Social Anthropology from the University of Cape Town, where my studies deepened my understanding of movement as a way to connect mind, body, and emotion. I’m currently expanding my work toward Dance Movement Therapy, merging creativity with holistic well-being. Whether you’re taking your first spin or looking to refine your flow, my sessions are all about celebrating progress, body positivity, and joy in movement.
