About Shanleigh
I have been practicing yoga for 16 years and am a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 200hr Yoga Instructor. I am well trained in Yin, Prenatal Yin and Vinyasa flows especially. I provide guided meditation if desired. I also offer wellness tips relating to food and herb use. Looking forward to practicing with you!
