About Gohar
I have earned both my Doctorate and Master’s degrees from McGill University. I taught keyboard technique at Marianopolis College. Some of my students won first prizes at International and Canadian competitions, including the Little Mozart Competition in New York. This allowed them to perform at Carnegie Hall. I welcome students of all ages and backgrounds. Let’s explore music together!!

I use an individualized approach to help my students succeed in learning to play the piano. Lessons are tailored to meet the individual goals of my students. Twice a year, we give studio recitals, where my students get the chance to perform in front of the public. Music is all about sharing one’s emotions so I let my students explore their artistic self by giving them opportunities to perform at my class concerts. Everybody is welcome to try. Music making is so much fun and important for developing one’s creative mind.
