About KENNEDY
A devoted and driven Project Management First Class graduate with solid experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Research Methods, and Data Analytics. I have liked teaching and helping students get over academic hurdles to make hard concepts more approachable and practical to real-world circumstances for many years.
I have a bachelor's degree and I have good analytical and problem-solving skills so I can teach with clarity, patience, and professionalism. I strongly think that all students can achieve excellence if given the right guidance and with the right approach I will aim to establish a supportive and dynamic learning atmosphere where learners are encouraged to take risks and learn at their own speed to ask questions.
Besides my academic qualification, I have a very strong communication talent and a peaceful approach towards the students that makes them clear of their questions regarding subjects they used to find difficult. My purpose is to enable learners to be academically successful, to be well equipped for examinations, to ensure assignments are completed to the required standard and to ensure students build an understanding which extends beyond the classroom.
Professionalism is a serious business and I guarantee the session is well organized, interactive, and caters to each student's learning requirements and objectives.

As a first class graduate of Project Management, I have a solid background in Statistics, Mathematics and Data Analytics and approach teaching in a pragmatic and student-centric way, starting with the basics and gradually increasing their confidence. Lessons are interactive, organized and individualized to the student's learning speed and objectives.
My approach to teaching is to explain, provide real-life examples, solve problems, and assess the students' understanding by ongoing assessment in order to build understanding rather than remember. I divide complex issues into simpler ones and I promote active participation, critical thinking and analytical reasoning. In quantitative courses, I employ practical examples, computations, and software tools, as appropriate, to help students make theory-to-applications connections.
A typical lesson starts with a brief overview of previous material, then provides clear explanations of new material, examples to follow, practice problems for the class, and a brief lesson assessment to gauge understanding at the end. I also offer tips for studying, help with assignments, and strategies for exams.
My specialty is to make technical subjects understandable at the same time giving the student a depth and professionalism. Am patient, adaptable and dedicated to delivering high standards of academic achievement.
