I like to think of myself as a more casual tutor as I like to get to know my students as much as possible during our sessions so that I can better customize the course material to their individual strengths and relate it to subjects that they are already familiar with. I enjoy working through problems with my students and find that visual and creative methods can often help in understanding. I also like the challenge of gearing lessons to different age groups from grade school to adult.
