About Khush
Hello!
I am passionate about helping students excel in mathematics. I tailor my teaching approach to each student's individual teaching needs, to ensure that the mathematics concepts are thoroughly understood and effectively applied. I firmly believe in establishing a supportive learning environment where there is no such thing as a silly question, to encourage students to explore new ideas and feel comfortable working with mathematics.
I have recently graduated with a first class honours in my Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick, with a track record of academic excellence through achieving straight A*'s in my educational studies. Professionalism and dedication are at the core of my own studies and my tutoring services.

As part of my undergraduate degree, I have taken a course on secondary teaching in mathematics, and was awarded a first in these two modules.
My teaching style is focused on using variation to develop students' mathematical proficiency, with emphasis on components of procedural fluency and conceptual understanding.
Having undergone the same content and exams not so long ago, I can develop a personal approach to teaching. Not only will I help students to successfully apply their knowledge to a range of exam-style questions, but I also believe that it's important to help students to understand the content, enabling them to adapt to new and unfamiliar situations. This conceptual understanding will prepare the students for their further studies.
