My previous students find me easy to work with because I don't give them the pressure of having to achieve an unreasonable mark but rather correcting their mistakes and help them get through the parts they don't understand.
For the importance of peer support and the ability for students to pick up strength from each other as I believe students have their own pros that they can share with each other. Therefore, I would give a discount for group study that can be negotiated.

I have been tutoring for 2 years. I work for Burnaby North High School tutoring office, therefore I have experience with different type of students. Mostly the students that I taught find themselves with a decent result after a week or so if they really put themselves into studying and listen to my instruction.
