About Hugo
I am an Economics tutor with 7 years of experience teaching both High School and College students. Over the years, I have successfully helped 200 to 300 students improve their understanding of economics and achieve their academic goals. I am passionate about making economics clear, interesting, and relevant to everyday life. My teaching philosophy centers around patience, clear communication, and adapting lessons to fit each student’s unique learning style. I believe that economics is not just about memorizing facts or graphs but about understanding how the world works. To help my students succeed, I use real-life examples and encourage active participation through questions and discussions. One of my notable achievements is helping several students significantly improve their exam scores and gain confidence in challenging topics like microeconomics, macroeconomics, and economic policy. I also guide students in developing strong analytical skills that are valuable beyond the classroom. My teaching approach in Economics is built on strong communication, integrity, diplomacy, and collaboration.
