About Emily Grace
I am a second year student at Nipissing University. My program is Honours Specialization in History with Concurrent Education (Intermediate/Senior). I am also pursuing a Minor in English and have strong interest in Psychology and Sociology. I tutored in an alternative learning environment in the twelfth grade. I also volunteered as a tutor with Frontier College (a Canadian literacy organization) in my first year of University where I helped with a young writers' group and with a sixth grade student in mathematics. I continue to volunteer through Frontier College. Additionally, I casually volunteer at a daycare in Lindsay.

I will assist with research, help the tutee to work on their assignments, and edit essays prior to hand-in. I will work with the student to figure out what methods work best for them so that they can be as successful as they can be. Out-of-session help is available.

Details
If I travel less than 5 km, there is no travel cost. If I travel more than 5 km, I charge $0.50 per km for a maximum of $5 when travelling 10 km. One hour is $25 but I offer a reduced rate for multiple hours. For example, if I tutor you for 5 hours then you will receive 5% off ($118.75 total or $(concealed information)) of my charge. For 10 hours it would be 10% off ($225 total or $(concealed information)), etc. I will require 24 hours notice via text or email of any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $5. If for some unforeseen reason I cannot make it to my appointment with you, I will take 5% of your next booking. The charge for out-of-session help (ex. paper sent through email for editing) can be negotiated.
