About Gavin
I’m not your typical coach.
I didn’t come into this work because it sounded like a good idea. I came into it because life forced me to rethink everything.
After years of experience in high-pressure project environments, delivering complex work, leading teams, and solving real problems. I hit a point where the system stopped working the way it used to.
Contracts ended. Opportunities dried up. And for the first time in a long time, I had to face something deeper than strategy, performance, or success:
Who am I when everything familiar falls away?
That question changed everything.
While most people panic in that moment, I had been preparing, studying coaching for years, understanding people, behavior, and how real transformation actually happens.
What started as a backup plan became something far more powerful.
I realized something most people don't see.
They need to understand themselves.
Since then, I’ve worked with individuals who feel stuck, misunderstood, or out of place. People who know they’re capable of more but can’t seem to unlock it.
My approach is simple, but not easy.
I help you cut through confusion, see your patterns clearly, reconnect with how you actually think and operate, and build a life that fits who you truly are.
You’re not broken. You’ve just been living a life that doesn’t match you.
