About Leona
I am a Guitar tutor with more than 20 years of teaching experience and have successfully taught over 3290 students. My mission is to help learners become confident musicians while developing technical excellence and artistic expression.
Many students have improved performance confidence, mastered advanced techniques, developed their own musical style, and achieved meaningful artistic goals through my mentorship.
My goal is to help learners build lifelong musical skills while fostering creativity, discipline, and a deep appreciation for music.

My Guitar lessons are designed to develop technical ability, musical creativity, and confident performance skills through practical and engaging instruction. Lessons cover acoustic guitar, electric guitar, rhythm techniques, lead guitar, improvisation, fingerstyle playing, scales, chord progressions, songwriting, music theory, ear training, and performance preparation.
Students participate in guided practice sessions, repertoire studies, improvisation workshops, song performance projects, technique-building exercises, and creative musical activities. These experiences strengthen both technical and artistic abilities.
Advanced learners focus on advanced soloing techniques, recording methods, composition, stage confidence, professional musicianship, genre specialization, and performance artistry. Students gain valuable experience that supports personal and professional musical development.
Continuous mentoring, performance reviews, and structured practice plans ensure measurable improvement and long-term success.
