About Kenny

I have been competing for over 12 years in Road, Criterium, XC, and Marathon XC events. I have raced USA Road Nationals, UCI Stage Races, and world-class endurance events such as Cape Epic and Leadville 100. I have been a professional in the bike industry for nearly 10 years, and I am also a certified bike fitter. I'd love to use my experience to positively impact your cycling career.

About the lesson

First and foremost, I am a coach who speaks from firsthand experience. I am well-versed in training, competition, nutrition, and I am also a certified Retul Fitter. I am here to help make your cycling journey more enjoyable
