This is to certify that keihaneh Semsar currently, Summer 2021, is an embed tutor for Math 18, an intermediate Algebra, at Santa Monica college. I am an instructor of this course and in working with keihaneh, I found her to be a dedicated, skilled and helpful tutor who uses necessary resources to help students. Keihaneh shows great enthusiasm when answering students’ questions. She helps students in small groups on zoom by using break out rooms. Keihaneh also gives time for students outside class using online mode. I have observed that students are happy with keihaneh’s help and hence I recommend her for any position as tutor.

Keihaneh was my math tutor at Santa Monica College. She’s very patient when it comes to explaining and teaching. She acknowledges that we all learn differently so she teaching in a way that you will be able to understand and learn from. She is willing to go over and review before any exam test or review homework. If it wasn’t for Keihaneh extra help I would not have passed the math course, she made sure I understood how to solve a problem and made sure I was able to explain how I solved each problem.
