About Chris

I am a Principal Electrical Design Engineer who always loved maths and a structured approach to thinking. At around the age of 25, I became increasingly interested in how to manage my emotional states, and how to be more free and productive. I have spent a decade studying various techniques and methods, and I found a systematic approach that changed my life for the better.

I feel a deep calling in sharing what I have learnt with other people, and make a difference in their lives. This is the reason that I am offering those lessons.

I am looking forward to establishing a relationship with you, and to add value in your life, wellbeing and relationships.

About the lesson

My methodology helps students identify and shift their emotional frequencies, moving from lower states (e.g., fear, shame) to higher states (e.g., love, peace). I also teach the Letting Go technique to help release emotional blockages, increase resilience, and reduce stress. As an engineer, I structure each lesson in a logical, systematic way, making complex concepts accessible and actionable for anyone, regardless of background.

Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and the depth of the topic being covered. I offer flexibility to ensure that the pace matches the individual’s learning style and goals.

I hold two MSc degrees in Engineering and have extensive experience as a Principal Electrical Engineer, which has provided me with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and structured approaches to complex challenges. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise to include emotional wellbeing and personal development, drawing heavily from Dr. David Hawkins’ teachings. Through personal practice and study, I’ve gained a deep understanding of consciousness, emotional healing, and mindset transformation. My background allows me to bring both technical precision and emotional insight to my teaching.

My lessons are designed for individuals of all ages
(18+) and backgrounds who are looking to improve their emotional wellbeing, manage stress, or enhance their personal and professional lives. Whether you’re a professional feeling overwhelmed in a high-pressure environment or someone seeking emotional clarity and growth, my lessons offer tools that can be applied to both personal development and workplace performance. My approach is accessible to beginners, though I also offer advanced guidance for those more familiar with consciousness work.
