About Michael
I am an Engineering Graduate with over three years of Maths and Physics teaching experience. I can help you understand a new topic, help you study for a big test, or go through all your work and find the hidden gaps in your knowledge.
I will structure lessons to suit your learning style, but I always approach teaching from the same starting point: Why are we learning this? From there, we can build true understanding so that you will be immune to trick questions and unfair exams.

My approach to teaching is to help students understand "WHY?". Once my students understand the goal of learning all the maths and physics thrown at them at school, they can become excited by it.
My lessons are typically two hours to cover a topic in detail, and one hour to clear up points of confusion. This I developed while tutoring throughout university.
I am comfortable teaching high school students of any age.
