About Ali

I am a university professor, researcher, and academic leader with more than 20 years of Canadian and international experience in education. My experience spans teaching, applied research, curriculum development, academic leadership, and mentoring across universities and educational institutions. I have also led large educational organizations, giving me a unique perspective on academic excellence, leadership, and career development.

I have lived the journey- from graduate student to professor, researcher, principal investigator, and academic leader- and now help others navigate that same path with confidence. My goal is to empower engineering students, graduate students, and professionals through practical advice, personalized mentorship, and proven strategies for success in academia and beyond.
