About Josh
I have over four years of experience in education--supporting academics and discipline as a behavioral manager and paraprofessional--and two years of experience as a private tutor. I have great familiarity with, and proficiency in Middle School/High School curriculum. However, I believe my greatest asset is my ability to foster rapport with students. All my experience in education has come in a multicultural context, working with students from a wide array of backgrounds. Building relationship is crucial to support work, and as a mentor I excel at listening and getting to know students, figuring out what interests them and what drives them. I collaborate with students to best fit their distinct personalities and learning styles.
