About Peter
A graduate of Dalhousie University, he continued postgraduate studies at both Dalhousie and Saint Mary's Universities. A university lecturer for more than two decades, he has held posts as an Adjunct Professor at Mount Saint Vincent and Dalhousie Universities, including a long-term position with Dalhousie’s post-graduate Marine Affairs Program. He also served as a three-term executive member of the Board of Governors of the University of King's College, and an executive member of the Atlantic Canada Institute Board of Directors.
