Sharan has patience and provides a safe learning environment for all of her students. She provides accommodations and continuously challenges her students’ with high expectations. Sharan always puts others first and has a natural talent to lead and teach with her diverse background in literacy.

Sharan is a very, patient, and calm person. She would take as much time as she needs in order to ensure her students properly understand their material, while using different approaches to better the learning experience. She is also both understanding and encouraging. No matter what she would not let her student quit and will help them achieve the highest grade/level they are capable of. Sharan is able to give people that push of confidence to help them want to participate and strive in whatever it is they need to do without being to friendly or overwhelmingly strict. She is able to give students the help they need, as she is also a person of compassion. She does however understand when rules need to be enforced and how to do so correctly.

Sharan is a very humble human being and spiritual. She would be a great teacher, as she is also a great mother as well. Her guidance will get you further in life for a better future.

Sharan from what I have come to know is extremely patient and gets the point across in the most effective manner. Through conversation, she makes sure any students or anybody that talks to her gains information is able to teach others. She makes it feel as if you're the most important person in the room even when she's talking to a group through eye contact and her assertiveness. Her reassuring tone is second to none and inspires confidence.
