Noluthando has been an academic mentor as part of a student lead team at The South African College of Applied Psychology for well over 2years. This team operates under my leadership to provide peer mentoring to learners experiencing academic difficulties in their studies at the institution. During my tenor as the Team lead, I have had the privilege of watching her excel in all her mentoring tasks and the privilege of reading all the wonderful feedback she has received from her mentees. She not only excels in the Language and Subject content but also in her ability to deliver it such the the mentee can grasp it. I highly reccomend Noluthando for the role as a tutor in English. I have had the pleasure of working with her during my first year as a psychology student in which she guided me with writing great assignments. She is driven, organized and develops meaningful relationships with those around her. She is eager to learn and has taken on additional responsibilities as a (Pal - peer assisted learning) where she assists students who are struggling with assignments and the like. Noluthando embraces challenges and is resilient. She builds rapport with people of all ages. Her verbal and written communication is excellent. She has a positive attitude, is very helpful and is a pleasure to work with. I reccomend Noluthando for the tutoring role without reservation.

I've known Noluthando since 8th grade, at first I was intimidated by how well she could articulate in English. Whenever we had English essay assignments I knew she was the right person to ask for proofreading, she would make me see my mistakes and make me understand how to fix them. I recommend her because she is patient and in everything she teaches she prioritizes your understanding.

Nolthando is one of the youngest people that I know who takes her responsibility very seriously. She is very honest and open. I have known her for three years, since I came to South Africa, I am very much confident that she will make excellent tutor.
