About Alex

My many years of experience teaching in the classroom, by teleconference and online at the university level have given me unique perspectives on both conventional and alternative modes of instruction. In the spirit of higher education, I wish to continue to assist students in the development of their critical thinking and writing skills. I hope you will afford me the opportunity to do so.

About the lesson

As an English Literature instructor, it is my objective to cultivate students’ understanding of how literary devices and rhetorical strategies are used to develop specific themes within given social and historical contexts. I also assist students with applying this understanding to the development of clearly articulated, persuasive essays.
