About Ben

Hello everyone!

I am Ben , I am a native English speaker from the United Kingdom.
I am currently living in Kyrgyzstan, a small country located in central Asia.

I have been traveling for the past four years now, to a variety of countries around the world, I believe we truly grow when we are out our comfort zone. That’s why I love travelling, experiencing new cultures and meeting new, interesting people that allows me to grow as an individual. I love eating healthy, doing yoga, meditation and to be honest, majority of all sports!

Overall, I'm very excited to meet whoever you are and share stories, laugh and most of all help improve your English ability.

I am a very friendly, easy going and relaxed person who loves to work hard and my life goal is to leave the earth a better place than I once found it. I believe we should treat everyone as we would treat ourselves and always know, we can learn from everyone meet, whoever they are. Especially YOU!

I believe I am very patient and will allow you to take as much time as you need to learn, I am very understanding and believe I can truly make an impact within your life. If you want to succeed and better your English, whilst sharing stories, learning from each-other and developing as humans, you are in the right place!

About the lesson

My previous teaching experience consists of teaching at an advanced Business and English school located in Kyrgyzstan. Many of the students I taught, really enjoyed the conversational aspect of learning as they feel it allows them to start thinking in English and therefore better prepares them for a real life setting. This experience inspired me to complete an 120 hour course to become a qualified TEFL teacher.

We can discuss your goals and aspirations and how we can achieve them together. My lessons are targeted to anyone wanting to improve their overall English ability, however mainly I can focus on improving your speaking ability. So, we can develop your pronunciation and articulation allowing you to speak with more confidence. I believe it is fundamental part to your overall english learning.

I am very flexible with hours, I have a Macbook Pro, fully furnished apartment with great WIFI. Whatever you want to learn, however you want the lessons, I will accommodate. If you would like to simply develop your conversational English skills to allow you to be better prepared for real life scenarios, or if you would like to improve your grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. We can create a learning syllabus personalised just for you.

I personally like to use authentic materials as I believe it provides much more interesting context for the students and allows them to be more motivated and inspired whilst learning English.

Our lessons will range from 30 - 60 minutes depending on your needs and timing of the day.
