About Kerryann

I am a friendly person who has a passion for maths and would like to pass this on. I am a patient person and my goal when working with you is for you to believe in your own ability with the subject and to be able to achieve the grade you aim for. I am easy going so am happy to alter my lesson plans if there is something you want to look at first. At the end of the day I'm here to help you so will work with you. One thing you can be sure of is that I never judge or think you are stupid if you don't understand we can keep going or look at the topic in another way or at another session it's never a problem. All I would like is for you to be happy and have confidence in your own ability whatever level that may be

About the lesson

My teaching methods are varied as I like to adapt my lessons to the students' needs. As no two students learn the same way. I plan lessons but can adapt if during the gap between sessions they have come across a problem and would like to work on this first. I am a patient person and am happy to go over things until the student is happy but if it is starting to stress them out I'm happy to return to the topic at a later date as I don't like to see them losing confidence. I would never belittle a student or make them feel stupid in any way. I have experience with SEN as well as have 3 autistic children of my own.
