My students are challenged to grow in their knowledge and ease of using English as a second language. Many activities using participation from students helps me as the teacher to uncover areas of weakness such as grammar or pronunciation. My experience from living and teaching in 4 different Asian countries helps me to understand some cultural differences which are part of the learning process.
