"Fifteen years of teaching English as a second language across Canada has provided me with deep insight into common learning barriers. I work primarily with university applicants, absolute beginners, business travelers, and intermediate learners who need immediate results. My instructional style is plain, direct, and focused on tangible outcomes. I hold an MA in French and a CELTA certification which inform my technical approach to teaching English.
I emphasize speaking confidence, pronunciation, and accent reduction to help you project authority. My experience covers everything from email writing to complex presentation skills. We will work together on listening comprehension and reading strategies. I truly enjoy seeing my students gain autonomy in their professional and academic lives."
