About Jerilyn
Graduating from NYU Stern with a BBA provided a rigorous foundation that I have built upon for 13 years. Industry work is rarely as clean as textbook examples. I actually prefer the messy data sets that break typical formulas because that is where the real learning happens.
My practice covers date and time functions, Power Query, conditional formatting, and what-if analysis. Students frequently navigate through VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and COUNTIFS, keyboard shortcuts, and formulas and functions to maintain efficiency. Data cleaning and error handling remain essential daily habits for any analyst who wants to be taken seriously.
