About Chiamaka
My name is Mirian Chiamaka, and I truly enjoy teaching Mathematics to young learners. I have a strong passion for helping children understand maths in a way that is simple and meaningful to them. I became a teacher because I love seeing the moment when a child finally understands something that once felt confusing. It builds their confidence and makes learning more enjoyable.
Teaching allows me to guide, encourage, and support my students so they can do better in school. I believe every child can succeed in maths when they are taught with patience, clear explanations, and the right encouragement. My goal is to help my students feel confident, improve their skills, and discover that maths can actually be interesting and rewarding.

My name is Mirian Chiamaka, and I teach Mathematics in a simple, friendly, and supportive way. I break maths down step by step so students don’t feel overwhelmed. I encourage learners to ask questions freely, and we practise together until the concept becomes clear. I also use everyday examples and short exercises to help students understand and remember what they learn.
My lessons usually last 60 minutes, but I adjust the pace depending on the student’s level and learning speed. I focus on building strong understanding first, then we practise exam-style questions to help students gain confidence and improve their results.
I have over six years of teaching experience working with children in the classroom. I teach:
Primary School Mathematics (Grades 4–6)
Junior Secondary Mathematics (Grades 7–9)
My lessons are suitable for children about 9 to 15 years old, including students who need extra help, homework support, or preparation for school tests and exams.
My goal is to help every student feel more confident in maths and realise that with the right guidance, they can succeed.
