About Rasheeda

I am a Spanish Teacher at a secondary school in South London looking to help students outside of the classroom as well. I have over 10 years' experience in private tutoring and 4 years' experience as a classroom teacher. I love teaching languages as it is such a valuable skill. I am British-Lebanese and I grew up in the UK. I loved learning languages at school so I carried on all the way to degree level and now I want others to love it too! One highlight would be that I have been able to travel and work abroad with my languages (Spain, Uruguay, Brazil, Portugal). I am a friendly and relaxed person who knows how to get you a better grade.

About the lesson

I am a friendly and encouraging teacher of Spanish. My lessons are calm, focused and engaging and we will cover all four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking). I will help you with exam technique and we will do some timed questions and feedback. We will revise content, make mind maps and flash cards to aid with independent revision and practise speaking as this is an area where often students feel the least confident (2 minute presentation at GCSE, 10 minute presentation at A-Level). Lessons last for an hour. I have a BA from Bristol University in Spanish and Portuguese and a PGDE from the IoE, UCL (the number one provider for Education in the world).
