About Claudia
Hi, I’m Claudia!
I believe no one is “bad” at Biology — it’s just about finding the right way to understand it. My goal is to make Biology clear, engaging, and (sometimes!) even fun.
I hold an MSc in Conservation & Biodiversity (Distinction) and a First-Class BSc in Environmental Science, with research focused on ecosystems, conservation, and how humans and animals can coexist. I’m passionate about the life sciences and love sharing that enthusiasm with my students.
As a visual learner, I know how overwhelming science can feel when it’s taught in a way that doesn’t suit you. With the right support, I went from a D to an A in my own studies — and I’m here to help my students unlock the same confidence and success.
I’m also trilingual (English, Spanish, Italian) and understand how tough it can be to study in another language. If English isn’t your first language, I’ll make sure that scientific terms and tricky concepts feel clear and accessible.

I believe fully understanding a topic — rather than simply memorising content — is the key to long-term and consistent success. My teaching style is interactive, visual, and media-based, with plenty of diagrams, mind maps, and real-world examples to make concepts stick.
Lessons are always tailored to each student’s needs, learning style, and insecurities, to make sure their full potential is reached and their confidence is boosted. Content isn’t the only focus: I also teach organisation skills and exam techniques, as I know first-hand that structure and strategy are just as important as subject knowledge for achieving stellar grades.
