I inspire confidence a number of ways: demonstrating enthusiasm for the subject, showing students where their studies might take them, treating students with respect, and most of all making learning fun.
What sets my abilities as a great teacher apart from a good teacher; I set achievable goals, give constructive feedback, create supportive, fostering independence, and recognizing individual strengths. Confidence is a key to success, and good teachers know how to nurture it in their students.
Prepare, and be on time, for class; demonstrate knowledge of the subject area. Acknowledge mistakes or errors and strive to correct them in a timely manner is my idea of demonstrating professionalism as a teacher.
Simply put, love your students and ensure the feeling of unconditionally love is felt.

To establish rapport and trust, the two most critical elements to a successful tutoring relationship. Be flexible. This means being willing to adjust techniques and approaches to meet the learning styles of the student. A typical lesson plan involves a 15 minute mini lesson, followed by 20 minutes of independent work, finally followed by 15 minutes of reflection/share. I relate to the whole student. I am a nonjudgmental and caring individual, I concern myself with the total being of the students - their mind, their body and their soul.
