About Raymond
As an experienced and capable teacher, it is always my intention to see the students that I lead not only realize their utmost potential but also go far beyond it. In my various years of experience in the field of teaching and tutoring, I have learned to change my lessons into interactive, clear, and personalized sessions that can meet the needs of even one student or a group of different ages and levels of abilities. My working method encourages the student's confidence as it focuses on the student's development and recognizes every achievement. I ensure that the children's learning is both fun and constructive through the use of correct methods, giving clear explanations, and providing friendly feedback. Many students praise my great virtue of patience, my professional manner, and my ability to give the most complex ideas in the simplest and most understandable terms. If you are in need of a lift to get your work done, raise your grades or learn new skills, I will be there with you with my knowledge and sincere support at every step.

My methodology is student-centered and I customize it based on the single possible and requirement of each student. I apply the exploratory and interactive methods through the utilization of pictures, speech, and real-life examples in an effort to make the learning process interesting to the students. In general, a lesson will go through warm-up, goal-setting, guided practice, and reflection. I am particularly adept at offering the right support for English language learners and elementary students, primarily through the creative aspects, confidence building, and critical thinking. What distinguishes me are the patience in abundance, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to create warm, interactive learning environments where every student is listened to and enabled.
