About Sonam
I have experience of teaching English to all ages and levels of students. From Elementary school students to adults doing their PhDs, I have had the privilege to work with a diverse set of learners. I ran a successful tutoring business during my bachelors degree as a part time job for 5 years and it helped me learn so many new skills, brush up my own knowledge and manage my finances. I am really excited to be back to teaching now again.

I understand that every candidate is different and with some attention and time, everyone improves. With this mindset, I am very patient and encouraging. I tend to ask and deliver feedback regularly, to understand if the process s working for my student and analyze how the teaching method can be further improved as well. My teaching plan would be catered to the candidate's needs. If the candidate is a school- student, I would first ask if they are doing okay with their homework and help them with that, help them with their test preparations and organize my own practice tests as well.
