About Aiste
Hello my name is Aiste and I am from Lithuania but for the last 10 years, I have lived in the UK. Travelling is my passion, which led me to live, study, and work in 4 different countries. This experience has sparked my interest in languages and communication, which has inspired me to learn foreign languages as well as teach others and watch them succeed. I have one year of formal teaching experience and a few years of informal teaching experience. Which was mainly based in South Korea where I have previously taught English in person and online to individuals and groups from the age of 7 to adults in their 40s with various levels of English abilities. In regards to my certifications and education, I have a 120 hour TESOL certificate as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management in the UK with a year abroad in South Korea.

My teaching methodology is simple and effective. I let students first identify their language goals and then propose a plan for achieving them within the selected time period. I design lessons personally to help students not only to achieve their goals but also exceed them. Moreover, I mainly focus on teaching English speaking, listening, writing and grammar. Additionally, to make my lessons more fun I include games, quizzes and songs at the end of each lesson.
