About the lesson

As a tutor, I should project energy and enthusiasm. I would involve my students and let them have an active role in my session. I would have games, role play to keep the learning fun. I would praise them generously whenever they earn it. Timely feedback and chances to improve play important role in motivating a student.

About Rasika

I graduated from Mumbai University (India) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Later, I completed a Master of Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources. I have worked with a US-based e-learning company for three years as an HR professional.

Currently, I am working with Varsity Tutors as an Online Tutor for the German language. Here, I have got the wonderful experience of teaching adult learners.

I was introduced to the German language in High School and immediately fell in love with this beautiful language and developed a strong urge to learn more about the language as well as German culture. So, I joined well renowned Goethe Institute (German cultural association founded by the Government of Germany) and completed level B2 which includes Advanced Business German. Currently, I am pursuing further education from Goethe Institute, Boston.
