My name is Robert Chapman, and I’m a Toronto-based jazz guitarist. I’m a graduate of Humber College’s music program and have been teaching and performing professionally for over 10 years.

My lessons are catered to each individual student's goals and learning styles. I enjoy teaching both complete beginners as well as experienced guitarists who want to learn more theory or improve their improvisational skills.
I aim to keep a relaxed and low pressure environment in my lessons while still maintaining focus on the task at hand. I also lay out the material in a clear and concise manner along with specific and small goals for each week.
I've been teaching students of all ages for various music schools around the Toronto area for 10+ years.
