Hi, I’m Emily Jones, a passionate guitar tutor with 6 years of experience helping students discover their love for music and grow into confident musicians. Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I enjoy sharing that passion with students of all ages and backgrounds. Over the years, I’ve worked with complete beginners as well as more advanced learners, guiding them through personalized lessons that focus on both skill development and enjoyment. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match individual learning preferences, goals, and pace. My approach is patient, encouraging, and friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere where students feel motivated to ask questions, make mistakes, and improve naturally. I specialize in acoustic and electric guitar and enjoy teaching various styles including pop, rock, blues, and contemporary music. Beyond technique, I aim to help students build confidence, creativity, and a genuine connection with music. Seeing students achieve their goals and enjoy their musical journey is what makes teaching so rewarding for me.

Learning guitar should feel exciting, creative, and rewarding, which is why I design every lesson around the student’s individual goals, skill level, and musical interests. With 6 years of teaching experience, I work with beginners, intermediate learners, and aspiring performers who want to improve technique, confidence, and musical understanding in a supportive environment. My lessons cover everything from basic chords, rhythm, and strumming patterns to fingerstyle techniques, improvisation, music theory, songwriting, and performance skills. Whether you want to play acoustic guitar for fun, master electric guitar solos, prepare for performances, or simply learn your favorite songs, I create engaging lessons that make progress enjoyable and motivating. I focus on building strong fundamentals while keeping classes interactive and relaxed, helping students develop both technical ability and creativity. Lessons are paced according to your comfort level, ensuring steady improvement without pressure. My goal is to help every student become a confident guitarist who genuinely enjoys playing music and feels inspired to continue learning long after each lesson ends.
