About Dev

With 3 years of offline teaching experience and a specialized diploma in pedagogical studies, I know exactly what it takes to help students conquer the demanding ICSE and CBSE curriculums. Having navigated these exact boards myself, I understand the pressure students face when dealing with a vast syllabus.

My teaching philosophy comes from my experience as a student: Math and Science require consistent effort at the start, but once you truly master the core concept, it becomes muscle memory. I focus 70% of my energy on ensuring deep, conceptual understanding, and 30% on the strategic memorization needed to excel in modern Indian board exams.

I am here to guide you, simplify complex topics, and build your confidence—but your independent practice is what will ultimately drive your success!

About the lesson

I offer tailored tutoring for Classes 6 to 10 (CBSE & CISCE).
Subjects include: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, and Computer Applications (Java for ICSE).

Daily Class Structure (1 Hour):

a.) Review: Addressing doubts from previous sessions and homework.
b.) Core Learning: Breaking down new coursework and concepts.
c.) Next Steps: Daily homework assignment to ensure the concepts stick.

Expectations & Efforts:
The standard monthly plan focuses heavily on Mathematics, with the option to cover a secondary subject. Because our live sessions are highly focused, your daily homework is crucial. While I assess your understanding through targeted questioning during class, your self-directed practice at home is where real progress happens. Questioning—and repeated questioning—is highly encouraged in my classroom!

(Note: Doubts from subjects outside our primary focus will be happily entertained to the best of my knowledge).

Better than my Math teacher at school. Although I still need some practice in geometry but other than that I am flawless in trigo, algebra and statistics. Fee: Rs. 1600 per month for a 1-hour daily class (Monday–Friday).

Format: We will focus on Mathematics alongside one secondary subject of your choice. While we can juggle more subjects upon request, focusing on 1-2 subjects per session ensures the highest quality of learning without rushing.

Extended Sessions: If you require more than 1 hour per day, the monthly fee can be adjusted proportionally.

Bonus Saturdays: Free Saturday sessions are occasionally offered for dedicated students as exams approach or to help cover remaining syllabus portions!
