About Valentina
I started my way in martial arts at the age of 10, and I have been training for over 17 years. I have been an instructor for children, teenagers, and adults for more than 15 years, and I love teaching.
I enjoy making my classes fun, and I believe that children should learn more than just movements; I also emphasize discipline and values.
Currently, I hold a second-degree black belt in Hapkido, and I am beginning to explore the world of Taekwondo to expand my knowledge of martial arts.

In my classes, you can learn this exciting martial art in a demanding, entertaining, and dedicated manner. Hapkido, a South Korean martial art, encompasses kicks, hand strikes, joint locks, defense techniques, falls, self-defense, and even some acrobatics if you wish. Classes are suitable for the whole family, starting from children as young as 3 or 4 years old. I have over 15 years of experience teaching both adults and children.
If you're not interested in learning the martial art and just want to engage in physical activity with martial arts movements, I can tailor my class to accommodate your preferences.
