About 崇翰
Hello! My name is Chong Han, and I am an experienced educator with over 17 years of teaching experience. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students from primary to secondary levels, helping them build strong academic foundations and achieve their educational goals.
My specialization is in Mathematics and Additional Mathematics, including preparation for IGCSE examinations. Over the years, I have helped students improve their understanding, confidence, and examination performance through structured lessons, clear explanations, and personalized guidance.
In addition to my classroom teaching experience, I am the Founder and Principal of a music academy, where I have spent the past eight years leading educational programs, mentoring students, and working closely with parents to support student development. These experiences have strengthened my communication, leadership, and student engagement skills.
I believe every student can succeed when provided with the right guidance, encouragement, and learning strategies. My goal is not only to help students achieve better results but also to develop confidence, critical thinking skills, and a positive attitude towards learning.

I believe that Mathematics is not about memorizing formulas, but about understanding concepts and developing logical thinking skills. My teaching approach focuses on helping students build a strong foundation, gain confidence, and learn how to solve problems independently.
In my lessons, I use a step-by-step teaching method where complex concepts are broken down into simple and understandable parts. I emphasize conceptual understanding first, followed by guided practice, exam-style questions, and problem-solving techniques. For examination classes such as IGCSE Mathematics and Additional Mathematics, I also teach effective answering strategies, time management, and common exam pitfalls.
Lessons are interactive and tailored to each student's learning pace and ability. I regularly assess students' understanding and adjust my teaching methods accordingly to ensure steady improvement.
A typical lesson lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the student's level and learning objectives.
I have over 17 years of teaching experience in education, including teaching Primary and Secondary students, as well as more than 6 years of experience teaching IGCSE Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. In addition, I have extensive experience mentoring young people and guiding students from diverse learning backgrounds.
