About Ross

I am an experienced tutor currently who is an Edexcel Examiner for A Level Mathematics. I have worked as a teacher of Mathematics at a highly prestigious school in South London and am now working at an independent school as Head of Mathematics which has recently obtained the best set of results at GCSE and A Level in the school's history. I have successfully worked with many students studying GCSE and A Level modules. I focus my tutoring sessions on specific exam techniques that help students achieve the best results possible but also try to make the Maths relevant to real life drawing on my background as an engineer. Mr Bishop is brilliant at getting exactly where each student is at and how to move them forwards. His subject knowledge is excellent, and he is patient, positive and perceptive. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he is an outstanding tutor.
