About Bansari
I am highly motivated mathematics tutor with my main area being algebra and calculus, targeting high school level. At the moment, I am a learner at Fleming College and I am working towards my advanced diploma in Computer Security and Investigations majoring in ethical hacking, penetration testing, cryptography, and digital forensic investigations. In my practice, I use student-centered approach, which is based on the belief that every learner is unique and requires a teacher who is able to understand differences in their needs. To me, mathematics is quite interesting and fun and I imagine teaching should also be like that; incorporating the use of invented devices and real life examples. Pursuing the passion for quality education I always attempt to instill confidence and result oriented problem solving skills to my students required for their success in the academic arena as well as in their future careers. This technical knowledge also makes it possible for me to use technologies in developing my teaching style, a style that is both advanced and innovative.

The lessons that I give to my students are well sequenced in an effort to lay a good foundation of mathematics as well as inculcate in the students, the ability to reason out a problem. I adopt more of explanation than cramming through instance use to make the learners see real-life applications. They attend classes for a specific time depending on the slowest learner and their ability or interest in the lessons. Therefore, I ensure that they get the results reviewed often and focus on elements that will make a positive difference in the performance of the students in Algebra and Calculus.
