About Rachna

I have completed my post graduation in mathematics followed by Bachelor of Education , finally I completed my MBA finance.
An experienced institute teacher since 1998 possessing excellent classroom management skills as well as dedication. Ability to devise and develop ways to encourage and challenge students to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding. Ability to develop and foster appropriate skills to enable the development of children.

About the lesson

My teaching Methods are as under:
1. I focus on the basics of Understanding of concepts.
2. Once concepts are clear then moving on with the practice seasons( only concept questions).
3. Kids are given regular classroom and homework practice questions and work on kids mental math techniques( reduce the requirement of a calculator).
4. Any query in understanding a particular question, I try to clear the basics with some live examples and make sure the kids solves the problem on his/her own.
5. Till date i have kids achieving a minimum of 80 -90 % Marks with my methods of Teaching.
